Late-night gaming used to mean loading up on energy drinks just to stay sharp, but I'd always regret it when it was time to sleep. These have been a much better fit for my routine. I can stay locked in during longer sessions without feeling overly wired afterward. It's nice being able to enjoy a few hours of gaming and still wind down when I'm done.
